Home Energy Performance Certificates

We provide an independent service offering Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and Home Information Packs (HIP's) within 30 miles of Petersfield in Hampshire, South of England.

From 1 August 2007, every 4-bedroom home that is put on the market for sale in England and Wales will need an Energy Performance Certificate as part of the Home Information Pack. We are fully qualified and accredited to provide these services and so carry a full suite of insurance cover including Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
